Eight Wire has always been dedicated to supporting philanthropic organisations, particularly when they work to enhance Cornwall's cultural identity.
We're very proud to work on a charitable basis for the following charities and community projects.
Uplifting Book of Breasts

Eight Wire worked with a number of fantastic artists, writers, photographers and poets to create this stylish anthology hailing the female form.
All proceeds from the book go to the charity Breast Cancer Care and to date, over £4,000 has been raised. Copies are still available, please see the website for more information.
West Cornwall Youth Trust

WCYT provide help, guidance and financial support to young disadvantaged young people in the west Cornwall area.
Eight Wire is pleased to have designed a brand, built a website and produced printed media for the trust.
Falmouth tall ships association

The Falmouth Tall Ships Association, with the enthusiastic support of the people in the region, have been responsible for welcoming many of these sail training vessels and their crews to the port.
Eight Wire is pleased to have designed and built a website and produced printed media for the association, as well as marketed the arrival of the tall ship 'Artemis' to the port of Falmouth.
RNLI - Cornish Dragon Boat Challenge

Each year in Falmouth Harbour, teams of rowers take to their 40 foot dragon boats and race to raise money for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution.
Eight Wire designed and built the Cornish Dragon Boat Challenge website and also act as event sponsors.
Flushing Art Week

Eight Wire works to support this annual arts festival in the neighbouring village of Flushing. Highlights from previous art weeks include art and craft workshops and outdoor theatre.
We created the event's website and produced promotional printed material.
Flushing Regatta

Supported by the Port of Falmouth Sailing Association (PoFSA), Flushing's annual sailing regatta combines exciting races in Falmouth Bay with a week's worth of fun-filled family events.
Working with the Flushing village community, Eight Wire coordinates the production of the regatta programme.

PoFSA and Eight Wire have been collaborators on the creation of sailing calendars, posters, postcards and the official Henri Lloyd Falmouth Week regatta handbook since 2009.
The handbook is distributed to all competitors of Falmouth Week, Falmouth Classics and Falmouth Dinghy Week.
Restronguet Sailing Club

To celebrate the sailing club's 75th birthday, Eight Wire devised a new brand for Restronguet and used it to decorate various promotional merchandise.
We have also managed the club's PR and produced large format posters for their exhibition at the National Dinghy Show in 2009.
Young Enterprise

Young Enterprise is a national organisation that introduces young people to the business world through education and work experience programmes.
Eight Wire's own Sara Pugh was a judge and mentor at the 2010 YE Cornish Innovation awards and we look forward to supporting a new class of young entrepreneurs next year.
